Governance & Leadership

The ZeP2030 coalition is organized and managed through a multi-level structure that ensures inclusive participation and effective coordination. The Lead Convenors, co-chaired by Br. Armin A. Luistro FSC and Senen C. Bacani, provide strategic direction and oversight. They include organizations that also serve as Thematic Cluster Leads for Education, Environment, Health and Social Services, and Livelihood. The Co-Secretariats—Association of Foundations (AF) and Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP)—handle day-to-day coordination and facilitation. At the local level, Local Convergences, led by Local Convenors, bring together CSOs, LGUs, NGAs, the business sector, and academe. These Local Convergences engage directly with families and communities, who remain at the center of ZeP2030’s poverty reduction efforts, with support from partners providing additional resources and technical assistance.
