Health & Social Services Cluster

The Health and Social Services Cluster, co-led by the Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) and the World Vision Development Foundation (WVDF), is committed to helping ensure that health care and social protection are within reach of every ZeP2030 family. It aims to address priority health and social protection needs in Local Convergence areas by promoting coordinated efforts and engaging with key government agencies to make essential services more accessible to underserved families, empowering them to live healthier lives with greater security.

Indicators

Nutrition and Maternal Care

  • Number and % of pregnant and postpartum women provided with maternal care support
  • Number and % of wasted/stunted infants and children (6 months to 12 years old) provided with appropriate complementary feeding support or supplementary interventions
  • Number and % of nutritionally-at-risk mothers and caregivers (male and female) provided with nutrition education sessions

Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)

  • Number of Level 2 water systems and WASH facilities constructed or rehabilitated
  • Number and % of families with access to functioning water systems (Levels 1, 2, and 3) and WASH facilities
  • Number and % of families using WASH facilities at least once per day
  • Number of hygiene promotion sessions or campaigns conducted

Social Protection

  • Cash or in-kind assistance provided
    • Number of families receiving cash transfers or vouchers
    • Total value of assistance disbursed
  • Health insurance or subsidy coverage expanded
    • Number of individuals (male and female) enrolled in health insurance or subsidy schemes
    • Number of individuals accessing primary and preventive care services
  • Emergency assistance mechanisms established or scaled
    • Number of families supported through safety nets (e.g., during disasters, job loss)
    • Number of functioning emergency response protocols in place in the community
  • Social protection awareness and enrollment campaigns implemented
    • Number of outreach sessions or campaigns conducted% increase in eligible families with members enrolled in social protection programs
